Website use and the framework for requesting creative services.

Website and contact

These terms cover use of www.toonscreative.com, operated under the Toons Creative brand. Questions can be sent to hello@toonscreative.com or +1 (786) 755-8327. Browsing the site does not create a paid service agreement.

Proposals and project agreements

Services require an accepted written proposal or project agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, formats, price, payment schedule, review rounds and delivery dates. A specific signed agreement takes precedence over these general terms for that project. The site has no checkout and does not collect card details.

Express delivery and changes

Express availability depends on scope, ready-to-use materials and production capacity. A deadline is binding only as agreed in the project proposal. Late materials, delayed approvals or requested changes may require a revised schedule and price, agreed before additional work.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Deposits, milestones, cancellation charges and any refunds must be specified in the accepted proposal. These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable payment rule. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Client materials and permissions

You must have permission to supply and use the music, recordings, logos, photos, footage, likenesses, voices, trademarks and other materials provided for a project. Obtain any necessary licenses and releases. Do not request unlawful, deceptive or infringing content. Please flag confidential materials before sharing them so handling requirements can be agreed.

Creative rights and AI tools

Ownership or licenses for final deliverables, source files and third-party assets are defined in the project agreement. Fonts, stock assets, music and software may have separate license restrictions. Where AI tools are used, their limitations and applicable usage terms must be considered; exclusivity, copyright protection and platform acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Any publication of client work in our portfolio requires permission or an agreed contractual right.

Website content and results

Website text, branding and original visuals may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Service descriptions illustrate available capabilities and do not guarantee audience growth, sales, search rankings or approval by a third-party platform.

External services and responsible use

Email, WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access or use the website unlawfully. Information is provided in good faith; contact us to report an error. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and updates

Contact us first to discuss any concern. The project agreement may specify applicable law and dispute procedures, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an accepted project agreement.
